Brett’s practice at the firm focuses on Community Association Law and Real Estate Law. Brett has extensive real estate experience in major markets having handled real estate disputes and transactions in states such as California, Oregon, Nevada, and Nebraska. In Florida, Brett has counseled clients in real estate transactions and disputes in over 37 counties in the State.
Brett also has extensive experience in Community Association Law, having served as both general counsel and litigation counsel to condominium associations, homeowners associations and large master associations. In this role, Brett has counseled associations through complex litigation (involving easements, roadway disputes, water/riparian rights and land use issues), day to day operations, acquisitions of additional common property and in securing lending/financing.
Brett focuses on building longstanding relationships with clients, through responsiveness and his commitment to provide unparalleled legal representation.
When he is not working with clients, Brett spends his time with his wife and two kids. Brett is also an avid outdoorsmen and spends as much time as he can on the water.
